founders crossed: Donato, with thirty years of experience in the
hospitality industry as an Event Manager and a Maître of recognized
excellence, and Giuseppe, a Chef with a decade-long history of
satisfied palates, always seeking that delightful connection between Apulian
and Tuscan traditions, with a touch of experimentation and innovation that he
is known for.
